1. Share Your Needs

Tell us exactly what you’re looking for. We’ll gather details such as schedule, responsibilities, location, and budget so we can understand the right fit for your family.

2. We Curate Your Matches

Using our network, we carefully select candidates who align with your criteria.
You’ll receive up to three qualified candidates to review, interview, and choose from.

If you don’t find the right fit from the initial matches, you can request additional candidates for an additional fee.

3. You Choose the Right Fit

You’ll communicate directly with candidates, conduct interviews, and decide who works best for your home and family.

4. One-Time Placement Fee

We charge a one-time non-refundable connection fee dependent on the position, based on the type of role and salary being offered.

This fee is:

• Paid once (no ongoing or recurring charges)

• We do not conduct background or reference checks, but strongly encourage families to do so

• By submitting candidates, you agree that we may reach out to provided references

• Final hiring decisions and agreements are made directly between you and the candidate.
